All pre-orders are subject to the same terms as regular orders. As such, when purchasing a product on pre-order, the payment is fully deducted when placing the order. You, as a customer, have full refund rights prior to the pre-order being shipped. Shipment is processed when you receive the invoice for the pre-order and tracking number. After this, the standard return rights apply to the pre-order.
Tekla gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the date of receiving. Items should be returned new, unused, with all Tekla tags intact.
Tekla will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses are covered by the customer.
Please act according to the return guidance on the Returns page or on the note included in the package. Otherwise, you can always contact customercare@ravedfabrics.com to arrange the return of the product(s).
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for any possible deterioration of the product’s value caused when trying on the item(s). You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above we consider the item as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, minus any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
