Raved Fabrics pays all shipping costs, for every order! Because of this, we always have free shipping for customers in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nistelrode by DHL. So there is no shipping charge on your side. 

At Raved Fabrics, it is possible to pick up your package at our warehouse. For this we do not charge a fee.

The warehouse is open on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
When making an order is, you choose “pick-up” as your shipment. The order will be ready for you the same day.

All orders, placed before 4 p.m. will be processed the same day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

In case of delays in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

The orders handling time is 1-2 business days.

Shipments placed before 4 p.m. are usually delivered the next day.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service. As a result, it may take 2-3 business days for your package to be delivered.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) as soon as your order is shipped. The track & trace is active within 24 hours.

At Raved Fabrics, we strive to ship every order with the utmost care and precision. Nevertheless, it is sometimes possible that a mistake will be made. This is unavoidable as we are human and can make mistakes.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us at contact@ravedfabrics.com or via Whatsapp and include the order number of your order. Our customer service will provide an appropriate solution within one business day.

Right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured specifically for consumers, products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, or products that are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can return it in some cases, but unfortunately not always. In this case please contact us at contact@ravedfabrics.com or via Whatsapp, always mention the order number of your order.

We kindly ask you not to return the product directly without consulting our customer service, because the package may get lost and because we cannot always see from the outside what your intention is.

We are sorry to hear if sometimes damage does occur in transit. We understand how annoying this is and will always do our best to resolve it. Before you contact us, we recommend that you first check whether the product itself has been damaged. If this is the case, please take a picture of the damage and send it to us at contact@ravedfabrics.com or via send us a message via Whatsapp.
