We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your items. Please follow the online guidance in the Returns section to proceed with your return and purchase a return label.
You are also welcome to send the items directly back to us via your choice of carrier. Please contact us first before doing a courier.
Damages, issues, or wrong product
If we have delivered the wrong product we will bear the return shipping charges but if you have ordered the wrong product then you will bear the return shipping charges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that the items are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse. The items returned should not be used or have any damage and must be returned with original tags, and packaging along with a return invoice. In addition to that, costs associated with returning items will be deducted from the refund.
Can I return a part of the order? Yes, you may return the full order or part of the order. Please follow the guidelines for returning the items via the Returns page. We are also happy to assist with the returns if you are not satisfied with your order no later than 14 days from the day you received the order. Please contact contact@ravedfabrics.com to receive help arranging the return. You are also welcome to send the goods directly back to Raved Fabrics via your choice of carrier to Harry van de Venstraat 5, 5388 CT Nistelrode, Netherlands.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your items will be refunded to the payment card that was initially used to purchase the products, minus any shipping, taxes or import duties incurred.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business before the refund is done.
